American Society for Horticultural Science (ASHS) Annual meeting - August 1-9, 2010

August, 2010 - Researchers from Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Dr. Samuel Salazar, Dr. Jorge Osuna, Dr. Clément Vigneault and Dr. Ricardo Goenaga met at the American Society for Horticultural Science (ASHS) annual meeting on August 1-9, 2010 in Palm Desert/Ontario, California. The professionals discussed research issues pertaining to fruit production, postharvest and quality, relevant for the three countries. These fruit specialists are members of the Taskforce on Tropical and Subtropical Fruit Crops of PROCINORTE and carried out joint research on areas of interest for the three North American countries supported in part by PROCINORTE.
