The NORGEN Task Force of PROCINORTE will carry out the GRIN-Global Workshop from October 31 to November 11, 2011 at the National Genetic Resources Center (CNRG) in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico.

The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with the requisite skills and knowledge necessary for effectively using and customizing the Global GRIN application to manage a genebank’s data. 

USDA/ARS staff will serve as trainers for the workshop, which will be attended by staff from INIFAP, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Bioversity International.
