About the Tree Fruits Task Force

The Tree Fruits Task Force was created in 2000 to improve research links between Mexico, Canada and the United States on issues related to the quality, safety and traceability of fruits. The main goal of this Task Force was to serve as a mechanism to facilitate the exchange of experiences, information and training in the North American region by building linkages among public and private national level institutions, and the major research and technology transfer actors in the region, the hemisphere and the world.
